Who we are looking for

We are not about coaching or “how to succeed in a day” courses. We connect entrepreneurs tempered by real business with people who need practical experience, an outside view and sometimes a network. That is why the requirements for mentors are specific.

A current or successfully exited business

You own or co-founded a company with 5+ years of experience, or you have made a successful exit, and your skills are at the sharp end of the market.

A leadership role in a large company

You understand how large teams work, you can turn chaos into order, and you get your thinking across well.

You are genuinely interested in helping others

Not out of altruism, but because it gives you a fresh view of your own business and your own experience.

Legal registration

You are ready to work through a registered company or sole trader status (the platform does not work with private individuals). We sign an agency contract in which you are the principal.

How the mentorship works

We deliberately built a model that protects both the client and the mentor from the usual problems of this market — vague expectations, missed payments, disputes with no arbiter.

01

The client picks a mentor

Protégés find mentors through the catalogue, or a curator suggests the ones that fit their request.

02

You receive a request

The request lands in your mentor account and is duplicated by email and messenger.

03

A 30-minute introduction

We give you and the client a chance to work out whether you suit each other before any payment.

04

Payment through escrow

We guarantee the client a refund, so we cover their risk. The mentor is paid at the end of the mentorship period.

What you earn

Honestly about money, without veiled wording.

How a payment is split between the mentor and the platform
The mentor's fee
70% — paid into your account
The service commission
30% — payment processing, taxes, running the platform and the partners who bring in clients
  • The price of your time

We do not dictate your rate and we do not push you to undercut. You set your own hourly price.

  • A 30% platform commission

It is included in the price the client sees.

  • Transparency

There are no hidden fees or deductions beyond that.

  • Payouts

At the end of the month, to your business account.

Important limits — read before you register

We do not hide the difficult parts.

No going around the platform

For 12 months after your work with our client ends, you may not work with them directly outside the platform. The obligation is symmetrical — it applies to the client too. We put it in the contract.

A warning system

Violations (missing sessions without reason, breaching ethics, attempts to bypass the platform) go through a three-step system: warning → second warning → account block.

Refunds to the client

If a package is interrupted through your fault, the client is refunded pro rata, without the organisational fee being withheld — which means it comes out of your share.

Legal status is required

You cannot start as a private individual. If you are not registered yet, you will need to set up a company or sole trader status before your first payout.

What you get besides money

An important part that rarely gets said out loud.

A fresh view of your own business

Working through other people's cases is one of the strongest ways to see the blind spots in your own.

Visibility and reputation

A profile on the platform, mentions in our materials and the chance to write for the blog all work for your personal brand.

A flexible format

You choose how many clients to take at once — from one to ten. There are no workload obligations.
