• How is a mentor different from a coach or a business trainer?
  A mentor is a working or experienced entrepreneur who has already walked a similar path. They share personal experience and real cases, and help you avoid specific mistakes in your business. A coach works with your thinking and asks questions — they do not give ready answers. A business trainer teaches general skills from a curriculum. A mentor goes deep into your particular business and gives concrete recommendations based on their own entrepreneurial experience.
• How quickly will I see the first results?
  In the very first free consultation (30 minutes) the mentor reviews your business and points out specific growth areas. Many clients say they leave that first call with clear actions. Noticeable changes in the business usually appear after one to two months of consistent work — provided you complete the tasks your mentor sets.
• Can I change my mentor if it is not a good fit?
  Yes, you can change your mentor. That is exactly what the first free consultation is for — so you can assess the mentor's working style and level of expertise before paying. If a misunderstanding comes up later, contact your curator, who is always present in your shared chat. They will help find a solution.
• Does mentorship work if I do not have a business yet?
  Yes, we work with first-time entrepreneurs too. A mentor will help you validate the idea, find a niche, avoid the typical early mistakes and build the right strategy from the first steps. When matching, we take into account that you are just starting out and find a mentor with relevant experience of launching a business from scratch.
• Will my business information stay confidential?
  Yes. Every engagement is covered by a formal contract. Once you have paid, you can propose a mutual NDA to your mentor directly in the shared chat. The NDA applies between you and that specific mentor and protects non-public information about your business, finances, strategy and session materials.
• How much time does mentorship take per week?
  Most of the work happens in the chat inside your United Mentors account — you can reply whenever it suits you. Once a week there is a one-hour call with your mentor. On average it takes two to three hours a week, including the call, the messages and the tasks.
• How do I work out whether mentorship will pay off?
  Think about what a single mistake costs you — the wrong niche, a wasted advertising budget, a bad hire. A mentor helps you avoid exactly those losses. Start with the free consultation: the mentor will point out specific growth areas, which makes the potential return much easier to judge.
• Is there an instalment plan or partial payment?
  Bank instalment plans are not available, but instead of a monthly mentorship you can book a one-off consultation. There are also discounts for paying up front: 5% for two months and 10% for three months or more.
• Will the mentor set concrete tasks or only give advice?
  The mentor sets concrete tasks based on an analysis of your business. These are not abstract tips but clear steps: what to do, in what order and why. Completing those tasks is what determines how effective the mentorship is. Your mentor guides you and tracks progress like an experienced partner with a personal stake in your result.
• What does the price include — only the calls or the chat too?
  Everything is included: the weekly one-hour call with your mentor, constant access to them through the chat in your United Mentors account throughout the month, and support from a United Mentors curator. There are no hidden charges for messages or extra questions.
